What we cover
Palmetto, Parrish and Ellenton first, then the rest of Manatee County, and news from Sarasota, Hillsborough and Pinellas counties when it reaches us. Our development tracker follows new stores, homes, schools, hospitals and road projects within about 20 minutes of Moccasin Wallow Rd and I-75.
How it's made
We read public records, county agendas, development filings and local news reporting, then summarize what matters in our own words and link to the original. When we use another outlet's reporting, we name it and link to it.
Editions are researched with AI assistance and reviewed by the editor before publishing.
